Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the 340 platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any balances and winnings without compensation. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, please contact our support team immediately.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. 340 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from the disclosure of your password to any third party, whether intentional or otherwise.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, truthful, and up to date. 340 reserves the right to verify user identity at any time and may suspend or close accounts found to have provided false or incomplete information. User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
Users of platform 340 are prohibited from using the platform for any unlawful purpose or any activity that may cause harm to others. This includes, but is not limited to, fraud, money laundering, hacking, the use of automated software (bots) to manipulate games or bets, and any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities within the platform.
Users are also prohibited from sharing their account with others, selling or transferring their account to a third party, or using another user's credentials without authorisation. Any attempt to manipulate the odds or bonus system through unauthorised means will result in immediate action, including account closure and reporting to the relevant authorities.
- Using third-party software to automate betting or gameplay is prohibited.
- Creating an account on behalf of another person without written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
- Using a VPN or other technical means to conceal your actual location in order to bypass geographical restrictions is prohibited.
- Sharing platform information with ineligible individuals, such as minors, is strictly prohibited.

Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 340 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We do not accept foreign currencies directly. Deposits and withdrawals are processed through approved payment methods, including TNG eWallet, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, and Boost eWallet.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to them. Using a bank account or digital wallet belonging to another person to make deposits or withdrawals is prohibited and may result in account suspension and further investigation.
340 reserves the right to conduct security checks on suspicious transactions. During the review period, funds may be temporarily held. Successful withdrawal requests are processed within 1–24 hours depending on the chosen method. Processing times cannot be guaranteed under exceptional circumstances or in the event of third-party system failures.
Any attempt to reverse, deny, or dispute a legitimate transaction through a bank or third-party payment provider (chargeback) will result in account closure and appropriate legal action.
Liability Limitations & Account Closure Policy
340 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of betting or gaming decisions. All gambling activities carry inherent risk, and users are solely responsible for their own decisions.
340 is not liable for service disruptions caused by technical failures, system maintenance, natural disasters, or other factors beyond our control. In the event of a significant disruption, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users in a timely manner.
340 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision under these terms and conditions.
- Detection of fraudulent activity or system manipulation.
- Failure to submit requested verification documents within the specified timeframe.
- Use of the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activities.
- Instructions from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
Any remaining balance in an account closed due to a terms violation may be fully forfeited without compensation.
Platform Intellectual Property
All content on the 340 platform — including logos, brand names, interface design, text, graphics, software code, and other multimedia materials — is the exclusive property of 340 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, republish, or exploit any content on platform 340 for commercial or non-commercial purposes without prior written consent from the platform management. Infringement of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.
